Anke Lipinsky
Anke is a cultural anthropologist by training. She studied in Bonn, Ireland and Italy. Before joining CEWS as scientific associate in 2006, she worked as editor, freelancer in a museum and project manager (Female Career Center and Cornelia Harte Mentoring PRO) with the equal opportunity commissioner of Cologne University. From 2006 onwards Anke was responsible for the European projects “Encouragement to Advance – Training Seminars for Women Scientists” and in parts for the “European Platform of Women Scientists”. Her area of responsibility encompasses international and European affairs at CEWS, including cooperation in networks and projects.

- Further development of concepts and new instruments for the field of gender equality in science and research.
- Policy monitoring and information transfer
- Participation and Cooperation in European projects; further international collaborations
- Advice to German higher education and research establishments in the application process to be awarded with the Total-E-Quality Award.
