Bibliography - Eurobarometer Related Publications

The Eurobarometer bibliography is continuously compiled via the Zentralarchiv library acquisition procedure, at times by inquiries among the users of Eurobarometer data at GESIS-ZA, ICPSR or other CESSDA archives. Additionally included were the Eurobarometer related publications of the Centre for European Survey Analyses and Studies, ZEUS (Mannheim), and all the reports published by the European Commission. This non-exhaustive bibliography contains publications in English and German, but occasionally also in other languages.

Retrieval of bibliographic references

The bibliographic references are continuously included in the GESIS libarary catalogue for "Empirical Social Research", even if not physically available in the stock. For retrieving Eurobarometer related entries from the library data base:

  • please search for 'Eurobarometer' in the 'notes' field or across all fields.

Request for bibliographic references

In order to carry on the Eurobarometer bibliography we would like to ask for information about any research using Eurobarometer data done by you, or in your organization, or that you are aware of. We are interested in bibliographic information on all types of publication: books, articles, reports, conference papers, student thesis or dissertations etc. Please send us citations as detailed as possible, including information on the data sets and variables (indicators) used, if available. In addition and if feasible, a hard copy or machine readable version of the publication for our library stock would always be welcome too.
