In our GESIS lectures experts present frequently their research results to different issues relating to Social and Information Sciences in GESIS an via Web for further discussions.
Additionally GESIS organizes conferences in co operation with partners on issues relating to the Social and Information Sciences. These comprise user conferences focussing on specific data sources and allowing an exchange of experiences and ideas amongst Social Science researchers using those data. In 2014 we organized for the first time the CSS Winter Symposium, which dealed with the challenges concerning the field of the Computational Social Science.
