GESIS Scientific Sections

In the course of the GESIS reorganization five sections of activity will be set up at our local centers in Berlin, Bonn, Köln, and Mannheim which will gradually be transformed into departments by 2010 through the appointment of Scientific Directors (see organization chart).

These areas of activity include:

Data Archiving and Data Analysis
Center for survey design and methodology
Social Monitoring and Social Change
Specialized information for the Social Sciences
Information processes in the Social Sciences
