GML: German Microdata Lab

GESIS' Service Centre for Microdata at GESIS-ZUMA

The German Microdata Lab (GML) collects microdata of official statistics and consumer panel data of market research. It offers comprehensive services concerning the data and develops instruments for the implementation of social scientific concepts (for details: Schmollers Jahrbuch 3/2004).

We cooperate with research centres of the German Federal Statistical Office, the German Federal Labour Office, the Association of German Social Insurance Bodies, the Institute for the Study of Labour, the GFK, as well as with the Statistical Offices of the German states.
