Telephone Surveys (CATI)

GESIS-ZUMA offers the possibility for academic social science research to have computer-assisted telephone surveys conducted in our telephone laboratory. The GESIS-ZUMA telephone laboratory contains 10 supervised interviewer spaces. We use the CATI-System WinCATI with the survey system CI3. Surveys are conducted by intensively trained interviewers and permanently supervised. The laboratory focuses mainly on pretesting and special studies.

• Preparation of data files for analysis

Our objective is to develop tailor-made solutions for the research problem in question. The telephone laboratory is ideal for special methodological study concerns
