GESIS-ZUMA offers consultation on and supervision of the development of data collection instruments focused on questionnaires for multi-mode data collection. (LINK)

• Consultation on the development of questionnaires: Specific advice pertaining to all aspects of a questionnaire ("helping you help yourself").
• Intensive work on a first draft of a questionnaire: Aspects such as operationalization, question wording and response categories, layout, screen design, technical aspects, etc.
• Item and sale construction: Consultation on the systematic construction of items and item batteries with formal scale characteristics.
• Advice concerning intercultural comparability and translation of questionnaires.
• Items and scales relating to various topics in the research literature are made available.
