Conventions and Training Courses
Our spring seminars and ZHSF seminars as well as our workshops on current subjects relating to empirical social research impart systematically-delivered expertise generally unavailable at universities or unavailable in this form. Emphasis here is put on transmitting practice-relevant knowledge to scholars and researchers.
Alongside workshops and seminars GESIS also organizes conventions and symposia on issues relating to the social and information sciences.
Our archive has an extensive collection of materials from past conventions of the Service Agency Eastern Europe, the Social Indicators Research Center, and the German Microdata Lab.
