Project description:
The objective of MORESS is to enable better starting conditions for social and human sciences to realize and establish the "European Research Area". Initially this will involve setting up an Internet based information system with access to the country-specific databases and information sources. Research teams and experts from different countries are then located. They are selected based on one exemplary topic of the Sixth Framework Programme.
The European University Association (EUA) serves as coordinator, and there are 25 participating countries.
GESIS-IZ is responsible for content related work in Germany as well as for the IT concept, including its implementation.
