Election Studies
One focal point of the GESIS Data Archive's holdings is related
- to German federal elections (Bundestagswahlen) since 1949 (data represented in several groups), and
- to federal state-level elections (Landtagswahlen) surveyed since 1962.
- Election studies on the level of local governents are retrievable by the data catalogue.
For the purposes of international comparative social research international election studies are available in the different study pools
- European Election Studies (EES) - Eurobarometer section.
- Election surveys involving Eastern European states - Data Service Eastern Europe
- Comparative Study of Electoral Systems (CSES) - external side
Codebooks and/or survey descriptions for the individual studies are available 'on line' in PDF format represented in the different sections.
