Terms and conditions

Data and documentation of ISSP studies are customizred according to the regulations on usage and charges of the GESIS Data Archive for the Social Sciences.

ZACAT provides complete ISSP data & documentation holdings. The usage of ZACAT is free of charge.
Data analyses and data downloads are available after registration. The data are provided as SPSS portable files (*.por) and in further file formats.
GESIS Data Archive standard codebooks, base/standard questionnaires (in English), and country specific questionnaires are provided as printable PDF files. The download via the Study Profile pages or ZACAT is free of charge.
Note: Experience with statistical software (e.g. SPSS) is required for any further data analysis.
