GESIS organizes conferences on issues relating to the Social and Information Sciences which give the opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas and to network.

CSS Wintersymposium

The GESIS Computational Social Science Winter Symposium was organized the first time in 2014 and focusses on the new research area Computational Social Science, which deal with perspectives on current advances and limitations of computational social science for a better understanding of social systems by means of computer-assisted techniques and new forms of data.
