The Microcensuses 1962 - 2005

GML holds Microcensus files for the years 1962-2005. The information on the Microcensuses 1962 to 1969, 1973 to 1975 and 1987 refer to GML data. The Microcensuses 1973, 1976, 1982 and 1989-2005 can be obtained in form of a Scientific-Use-File from the German Federal Statistical Office. Each documentation refers to the entire dataset.
