ISSP Methodology Committee

In 1999 a methodology committee was set up as a monitoring and referral body for methodological queries and requirements within the ISSP. GESIS-ZUMA convenes this committee. Apart from coordinating consultations on methodological queries that arise in the ISSP, the methodology committee is kept informed about developments in the methods committees. The methods committees are workgroups on specific basic research areas for the ISSP. The heads of the methods research groups report to the methodology committee convenor and the secretariat.

The current members of the methodology committee are Belgium, Germany (Chair), New Zealand, Slovenia, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the USA.
