European Commission in cooperation with the French Presidency,
the European Parliament and the
Institut d’études
politiques de Paris
(Sciences Po).
The conference will bring together
representatives of significant influence and expert knowledge
from opinion research institutes, EU institutions, EU member
states, journalists and academics. The conference aims to
discuss the role of public opinion polls in developing European
public sphere. |

technical integrity and basic consistency of data and documentation. Variable labels

Consistency and plausibility checks have been carried out. The data
sets (file structure, variable labels, coding schemes, missing
values etc.) are standardized and completely documented in SPSS, including
the country specific items. Detailed study and variable documentation for ZACAT
publication and codebook compilation is available.
Eurobarometer 59.0, 59.1, 59.2 and 63.3 will soon be published in ZA-CAT.
