Vom 01. bis zum 03. April 2009 findet in Konstanz das 11. Internationale Symposium für Informationswissenschaft statt. Zeitgleich wird die 15. Jahrestagung der IuK-Initiative Wissenschaft veranstaltet. Beide stehen unter dem Titel: "Information: Droge, Ware oder Commons? Wertschöpfungs- und Transformationsprozesse auf den Informationsmärkten"
