For the International Day of Women and Girls in Science (#IDWGS2023), CEWS joined a campaign by GENDERACTIONplus. The goal of this IDWGS campaign is to raise awareness about the importance of creating safe, respectful, and inclusive environments in academia for all.
CEWS would like to point out 2 EU projects that work towards raising awareness and creating evidence:
- CEWS is participating in the EU project UniSAFE that produces better knowledge on gender-based violence and sexual harassment in research performing organizations.
- CEWS is taking part in the EU project INSPIRE to develop an innovative, inclusive and research-based gender equality policies and tools for the academic world.
