I, Scientist is a unique conference that emerged in 2017 as a response to the obvious gender imbalance in STEM fields. The goal is to increase awareness of structural inequalities responsible for this imbalance and provide support and mentorship for young scientist. The organizers present a platform in which people can discuss these problems and try to find possible solutions.
