Women who decide to pursue a business career face many challenges along the way. The newest McKinsey Study “Women at Workplace 2016” just found out, after interviewing 130 companies and 34.000 men and women, that women are still underrepresented at all levels.

In the next decades the question of gender equality in business leadership will be deeply affected by the process of digitalization. Traditional hierarchies might be replaced by flexible and agile structures and digital work processes is also creating opportunities for female leaders and entrepreneurs.

Key questions:

• What can we do to really make a difference in gender equality?

• How can we change the way of thinking finally within the C-Level?

• What expect companies from female leaders today?

• Will digitalization be the key factor to close the gender gap?

• Will companies have a higher demand of female skills in a digital world?
