In this issue, we celebrate the 25th anniversary of CEWS! In the feature article, Andrea Löther looks back on the milestones, challenges, and successes of CEWS's work in relation to the development of gender equality in German academia. In addition, a special supplement complements the feature article and presents 25 highlights from 25 years of CEWS. You can also find the highlights on our anniversary page.
We would also like to thank everyone who participated in our survey on the CEWS/journal. We are delighted with the consistently positive and helpful feedback and would like to share with you the conclusions we have drawn from the survey. We summarize the results of the survey in the section “News from CEWS.”
