Target group
The GESIS AppKit is an institutional infrastructure service for the implementation of non-commericial research. In contrast to temporarily funded (research) projects, the GESIS AppKit is maintained, adapted and expanded in cooperation with professional software developers over the long term.

Costs
The basic features of the GESIS AppKit are free of charge for non-commercial scientific research. Additional services from GESIS, such as individual consulting, additional storage space or archiving, are offered to the community at cost price.

Terms of use
We have formulated the exact conditions for the use of the GESIS AppKit in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Further development
The GESIS AppKit can be extended according to your specific research requirements (fee-based service, also in the context of research cooperations).
