The GESIS AppKit is continuously maintained and improved to ensure long-term usability. With our latest update to version 1.9.0, several bug fixes and improvements are being rolled out. Researchers can continue to access the updated online platform for creating studies with the AppKit as usual at https://admin.appkit.gesis.org/login. The updated apps for study participants remain available in the App Store and Play Store.
Bug Fixes:
- Removed unused project name field
- Fixed bugs caused by differences in upper and lower case email addresses
- Updated error messages for incorrect login credentials
- Fixed a bug that prevented users from completing and submitting a survey
- Added new feature to upload custom lists of user IDs in the survey scheduler
Improvements:
- Additional information fields on the monitoring page
- Updated table designs in the researcher portal
- Improved usability of the search function on the data export page
