Our metadata portal MISSY now has a new feature that makes researching with official microdata even easier:
The “Thematic concepts over time” feature can now be customized to easily find out which variables are available in which years. With the new feature, you simply select the relevant years, data sets, and thematic concepts to get a quick overview of the availability of the variables you are interested in. The results can be exported as a CSV file. You can also access variable details such as frequency counts at the country level.
The function can be used for EU-SILC, EU-LFS, and the Microcensus Scientific Use Files:
