Example PIAAC Tasks
During the PIAAC interview you will complete a number of tasks on a tablet computer. Many of these tasks will be familiar to you from your everyday life. You don’t need any prior knowledge to complete the tasks.
Examples of possible tasks:
Read a medical leaflet and answer questions about it.
Look through a number of special offers to find the best one.
You are organizing a celebration with friends and are looking for a date on which as many as possible can attend. Look at the results of a poll to coordinate the dates.
With the help of a map, determine the shortest route between two places.
Visit various websites to find information about a certain topic.
You are planning a trip by train. Look at the results of an online search and determine the best connection.
