The many faces of GESIS

Vita

Vera Vogel studied Psychology at the University of Mannheim (B.Sc. & M.Sc.) and spent part of her studies at the University of Swansea (Wales, United Kingdom). In 2024, she completed her PhD at the University of Mannheim with the dissertation "Person-Culture Match and Well-being," during which she conducted research at the University of Bath (England, United Kingdom). From 2019 to 2024, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Cross-Cultural Social and Personality Psychology and at the Chair of Psychological Methods and Diagnostics at the University of Mannheim. Since 2025, she has been a scientific staff member at GESIS – Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences.
