GESIS recommends that all employees who are able to do so and who can reduce their contacts in this way work from their home office. The working time corridor of the general company agreement (6 a.m. to 8 p.m.) will be extended to 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. for the duration of the validity of this regulation. This can be used, for example, to look after children or other people in need of care. However, you should also pay attention to your health when doing so. GESIS does not expect that between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. either children will be looked after or work will be done without interruption and does not expect anything impossible.
