Vita

I am research associate at GESIS. I completed my Bachelor`s (B.Sc.), and Master`s degree (M.Sc.) at Trier University (2017-2022). My minors were physiology and genetics for psychologists. In my Bachelor`s thesis, I examined the generalizability of test potentiated new learning, while my Master`s thesis compared conventional and continuous norming methods for a real data example. Service

My service task are related to the open access repository for measurement instruments CIS. To top

Research

My research interest are psychological methods as well as applied educational research. I am interested  in psychometrics, especially continuous norming, other aspects of scales and casual inference. My research regarding casual inference included the development of the MAGMA R-package. This package does not only facilitate the process of matching but also expands matching to more than two groups. In my applied research, I examine intelligence, socio-emotional skills, intersectionality, and other constructs deceisive for education. You find more information about my research on Researchgate.
