1999 2004 Translation studies at the Institute for Translation and Interpreting, University of Heidelberg, language combination French, Spanish and English, minor in law. One semester abroad at the University of Valencia, Spain, and one year in Michigan, United States, further stays abroad in different French-speaking countries.

2005 – 2007 Translator and project manager at KERN AG Sprachendienste, Karlsruhe, later branch manager
at KERN AG Sprachendienste, Mannheim.

Since 2008 freelance translator specializing in law, marketing and questionnaire translation, validation and verification in the fields of clinical research, education and social sciences.

Since September 2022 research associate at GESIS as part of the team Cross-cultural Survey Methods.
