The advisory boards ensure the scientific quality and user orientation of GESIS' infrastructure services. The Board of Trustees accompanies all transactions and measures of fundamental importance. In the President's staff, the work of these bodies and the General Assembly is coordinated and linked back to the discussion of the Board of Directors.

Quality management ensures that the expectations of our users are recognized, that the demands placed on our services are specified and communicated between employees and management, and that the results are reviewed. The services are to be continuously adapted to the needs of the target groups.

Facing new challenges in the field of research and infrastructure also means rethinking and adapting the strategic orientation and organizational structure. The President's staff unit brings together strategic considerations and coordinates organizational optimization.
