OAGESIS - Open-Access-Publikationskosten/2022-2024/GESIS (OAGESIS)

The DEAL-contracts take a toll on the library budget. To support these transformative agreements the DFG set up a program to subsidize open-access-publications. At the same time GESIS set up workpackages to optimize the central monitoring of open access publications and the open-access-expenses. Part of these workpackages are regular trainings on how to publish open access and how to use GRIS; the introduction of a digital form to apply for the assumption of APC expenses and – on te long run - a digital accountancy. Promoted publications have to be archived in SSOAR as well as indexed by the library of the FZ Jülich, who is monitoring the DFG program.
