Alexandra Asimov studierte Integrative Sozialwissenschaften an der Technischen Universität Kaiserslautern (B.A.) und Soziologie an der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main (M.A.). Seit Mai 2020 arbeitet sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin Im Projekt ALLBUS.
