Vita

Promotionstudium der Soziologie an der Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg bei Prof. Dr. Münch. Thema der Dissertation war die Rational Choice Theorie als Spezialfall der Habitus/Feld-Theorie am Beispiel des individualistischen Paradigmas der "Partnerwahl als Handeln in Strukturen". Oktober 2013 Post-Doc-Position bei Prof. Dr. Blasius. Im Sommersemester 2015 Vertretung der Vorlesungen von Prof. Dr. Blasius (Multivariate Statistik). Im Wintersemester 2016/17 Vertretung der Vorlesung von Prof. Dr. Albrecht (Soziologische Theorie). Habilitation an der Philosophischen Fakultät der Universität Bonn mit dem Thema "Aktuelle Herausforderungen der Habitus-Feldtheorie: Methodologie, Theorie und Empirie" am 04.07.2017. Im Wintersemester 2018/2019 Gastdozentur am Sonderforschungsbereich SFB 1256 “Re-Figuration von Räumen” an der Technischen Universität Berlin. Vertretung der Professur für Soziologie mit dem Schwerpunkt Methoden der empirischen Sozialforschung an der RWTH Aachen im Wintersemester 2019/20 und Sommersemester 2020. Gastwissenschaftler am European Center of Sociology and Political Science (CESSP) im Sommersemester 2022.

Seit Oktober 2020 Leitung des Projektes des DFG-geförderten Projektes "Netzwerke, Paradigmen und Karrieren im akademischen Feld" mit Richard Münch (Gesis Leibniz Institut für Sozialwissenschaften, Köln, Abt. Computational Social Science).
