Vita

Lydia Repke studierte Politik- und Verwaltungswissenschaften an der Universität Konstanz mit Gastaufenthalt an der Boğaziçi Üniversitesi in Istanbul, Türkei. Sie absolvierte das Doppelmasterprogramm European Master in Government der Universität Konstanz und der Universität Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spanien, wo sie anschließend im Bereich der kulturellen Psychologie promovierte (2017) und für ihre Doktorarbeit den Special Doctorate Award 2017 erhielt. Während der gesamten Studienzeit wurde sie von der Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes gefördert. Seit 2012 ist sie Mitglied des Research and Expertise Centre for Survey Methodology (RECSM) und seit 2018 arbeitet sie bei GESIS - Leibniz-Institut für Sozialwissenschaften in der Abteilung Survey Design and Methodology in Mannheim.

Seit Oktober 2018 fungiert Lydia Repke als Sprecherin des Leibniz PostDoc Network. 2020 wurde sie in die Junge Akademie der Akademie der Wissenschaften und der Literatur | Mainz (AdW-Mainz) aufgenommen.
