Deborah leitet das Secure Data Center am
GESIS-Leibniz-Institut für Sozialwissenschaften in Köln.
Sie verwaltet den Zugang zu sensiblen Daten und beteiligt sich an der Arbeit
zur Öffnung des transnationalen Datenzugangs durch Projekte wie Social Sciences
and Humanities Open Science Cloud (SSHOC) und EOSC-ENTRUST. Sie ist Co-PI des
ASSURED-Projekts, welches Schulungen für Forscher und Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf
Zugang zu sensiblen Daten entwickelt. Deborah ist außerdem Ko-Vorsitzende des
International Secure Data Access Facilities Professionals Network und
Sitzungssekretärin der Royal Statistical Society, Sektion Data Ethics and
Governance.
