I am a Research Associate at the GESIS - Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences in the Knowledge Technologies for the Social Sciences (KTS) department. I work on the GESIS Search and Knowledge Graph (GESIS-KG) projects, focusing on metadata linking, Elasticsearch-based indexing, and semantic data integration. I hold an M.Sc. in Life Science Informatics from the University of Bonn

I support internal development tasks related to the GESIS Search infrastructure and the GESIS Knowledge Graph.
Forschung
My research interests lie in knowledge graphs, information retrieval, and semantic technologies. At GESIS, I focus on developing and maintaining the GESIS Search and Knowledge Graph infrastructures, working on metadata enrichment, Elasticsearch indexing pipelines, and ontology-based data linking. I am also interested in applying AI and machine learning methods for improving discoverability and interoperability of social science data.
