Vita

Johannes Gruber ist Senior Researcher und Leiter des Teams Metadata Standards and Interoperability. Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei GESIS war er als Postdoktorand an der VU Amsterdam, der University of Amsterdam und der European New School of Digital Studies tätig und forschte mit Methoden der computergestüttzen Text- und Bildanalyse an Themen der digitalen politischen Kommunikation. In seiner Doktorarbeit, die er 2021 an der University of Glasgow ablegte, untersuchte er die Darstellung von Protesten in Britischen Medien seit Anfang der 1990er.
