Summer School - Plenary and Social Program

At the GESIS Summer School, we offer a plenary and social program every week.

On Tuesday evenings after class, we host short presentations on current research in the social sciences. After the presentations, you are invited to mingle with the lecturers, other participants, and GESIS Training staff while enjoying some finger food and a glass of Kölsch or a soft drink. Every Thursday, we organize an informal get-together for lecturers and participants who are interested in enjoying the atmosphere in a typical Cologne brewery restaurant and trying out culinary specialities from Cologne.

Coffee and lunch breaks provide additional opportunities for networking and informal discussions with other participants.
