The International Social Survey Programme (ISSP) has conducted a survey which sheds light on attitudes and opinions related to Social Inequality in 29 countries across six continents. Among other things, respondents were asked about their views on earnings, incomes and (global) inequality, legitimation of inequality, social trust, social cleavages, and conflict among groups; but also about their subjective assessment of their own social position and personal experiences with inequality.
