Inhalt: Objective: identifying strategies of care developed with children in mental distress and describing the concept of families and professionals about these care practices. Method: a qualitative study conducted in July and August 2013 with professionals and families of children enrolled in CAPSi in Campina Grande. The material was analyzed by means of the proposed of Bardin, from which emerged the following category: The care strategies used in CAPSinho (little CAPS). Result: care practices developed were: the play activities of social integration, sensory stimulation, play group, among others. Family members and professionals emphasized the positive aspects of strategies developed in the service; however, they mentioned as a barrier the absence of some professionals. Conclusion: although it has been noticed changes in the behavior of children, the development of these practices of care requires a planning and monitoring geared to the needs of children, making it essential working with a multidisciplinary team.

Inhalt: Objective: understand the experience of women with cervical cancer precursor lesions. Method: phenomenological study, with the reduction, construction, and destruction steps. Data interpretation was performed through Heidegger's comprehensive analysis. Results: the phenomena unveiled were related to women's doubts, due to lack of diagnosis; changes in relationships with partners; difficulties in making friends; family importance; coping strategies; relationship with health professionals and distrust in care; shame and embarrassment to undergo the Pap test; and fear of death. Conclusion: it was found that there is an urgent need to resize the care for a woman with cervical cancer precursor lesions, given the challenge of understanding the need that a health professional provides care from the Heideggerian perspective, establishing a relationship of being-with-the-other, appreciating her as a subject of possibilities.

Inhalt: Objective: analyzing the scientific production about sexuality in climacteric women. Method: an integrative review of bibliometric approach, held through consultation online, advanced and systematic, in the Virtual Health Library, using the technique of meta-searching. Results: the authors were linked to 20 institutions, 53,2% were doctors, 61,7% were doctorates. The country with the highest number of authors was Brazil. The issue most discussed was sexual function. Most publications were quantitative, occurred in 2008 and published in Brazilian Portuguese language. The level four of evidence was the most frequent. The Law enforcement of Bradford resulted in three areas of productivity. Conclusion: there is a need for more qualitative researches, especially in nursing, and studies with greater power of evidence, as well as more investment in other regions of Brazil.

Inhalt: Objective: Understand the impact of HIV in everyday life of women living with AIDS. Method: A qualitative study involving 11 women attending a center of information on STD/HIV/AIDS and Viral Hepatitis in a city in northeastern semiarid, with data collected by semi-structured interview and interpreted by content analysis. Results: It was evident that the everyday life of women with HIV/AIDS suffers repercussions in the sexuality, by the reduction in sexual relations, discoveries of new forms of pleasure by couple and increase in personal and social responsibility after diagnosis. Moreover, there was the emergence of negative and positive feelings and the search for ways of coping of disease. Conclusion: It is concluded the necessity and importance of nursing to direct health interventions for these women, demonstrating the possibilities of pleasure, satisfaction with life and living with the disease.

The obstetrical and newborn profile of postpartum women in maternities in São Paulo

Inhalt: Objective: To describe the sociodemographic and obstetric profile of postpartum women in São Paulo, to check the perinatal data and to identify the type of delivery. Method: A descriptive, cross-sectional study involving 424 postpartum women. Data was collected through structured interviews and medical records. We used descriptive statistics for analysis. Results: There was a predominance of women between 21 and 30 years (60,6%), mulatto (55,2%), high school education (65,8%), without payment (57,3%), with a partner ( 85,4%), primiparous (34,9%) and without previous abortion (78.8%). The vaginal delivery was performed in 58,3% of women. Most newborns were male (52,2%), with appropriate weight and height (89,5% and 80,7%), and na Apgar score between eight and ten in the first minutes of life (> 90,0%). Conclusion: There was a predominance of women with little education and unfavorable financial conditions, factors that hinder access to health services, contributing to increased maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality.

Inhalt: Objective: to understand how mothers of preterm infants perceive the relationship between health and spirituality and its benefits on the severity health picture of their children. Method: qualitative research with 32 mothers whose children were admitted to a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of a maternity hospital in Natal/RN/Brazil. There were semi-structured interviews and focus groups between February and May 2012, after a favorable opinion from the Ethics Committee in Research of UFRN and CAAE 0336.0.051.000.1. Data analysis was thematic analysis. Results: the relationship between health and spirituality was unveiled in the study as a positive phenomenon helping mothers avoiding discouragement and keeping hope in restoring the health of the child in the Intensive Care Unit. Conclusion: it is suggested after the results, actions and projects that promote soft technologies, aiming at promoting and completeness in health care.

Inhalt: Objective: analyzing the values expressed in the speech of women/mothers in the accessibility of monitoring examinations of prenatal care. Method: a phenomenological, descriptive, exploratory study with a qualitative approach. There were interviwed fifty women/pregnant of the Prenatal Program of Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The data analyzed allowed formulating themes articulated with the Theory of Values. Results: barriers experienced by women on laboratory/images examinations: delay in results, misinformation and lack of a service of quality, a value considered of vital use for them. We realize the need for change in monitoring prenatal, considering a network of unified and integrated health with quality services at different levels of care, promoting wellness, comfort and safety to pregnant women as a vital value to their health. Conclusion: the health network should be unified for a better quality of services offered to women.

Inhalt: Objective: Recognizing the concerns of primiparous women about labor and birth, the nurse identify
actions to mitigating the feelings of women. Method: this was a descriptive, exploratory research,
qualitative in nature, with six primiparous women rooming at the University Hospital Antonio Pedro
through semistructured interviews and analyzed with the principles of thematic analysis, after approval by
the Ethics Committee of the University Hospital Antonio Pedro, under nº 218 283. Results: in the data
analysis, the results showed their feelings and expectations regarding their relationship with labor and
birth, such as fear, insecurity and anxiety. However, the presence of a companion proved to be important
for inhibition of these feelings. Conclusion: the health professional should facilitate and promote care to
the mother, with a resulting assistance of a trust and bond.
