Inhalt: Ein Großteil der 40- bis 85-Jährigen bewertet die eigene Gesundheit im Jahr 2014 als gut, wobei jedoch deutliche Alters- und Bildungsunterschiede bestehen. Nur bei den über 65-Jährigen zeigt sich zwischen 1996 und 2014 ein positiver Wandel der subjektiven Gesundheitsbewertung. Die subjektive Gesundheitsbewertung hängt im Jahr 2014 eng mit Erkrankungen, funktionalen Einschränkungen und depressiven Symptomen zusammen. Im Jahr 2014 zeigen sich deutliche Bildungsunterschiede in der subjektiven Gesundheitsbewertung bei mehrfach Erkrankten und Personen mit mindestens leichten depressiven Symptomen. Inhalt: Trotz eines hohen Anteils von Personen mit Mehrfacherkrankungen berichten viele der 40- bis 85-Jährigen im Jahr 2014 von einer guten funktionalen Gesundheit. Bei der Gesundheit bestehen im Jahr 2014 große Bildungsunterschiede. Der Wandel hin zu weniger selbstberichteten Erkrankungen von 1996 zu 2008 setzt sich im Jahr 2014 nicht fort. Der Anteil an Personen mit guter funktionaler Gesundheit hat zwischen 2008 und 2014 zugenommen, allerdings nur bei den über 65-Jährigen.

Inhalt: Im Jahr 2014 bestehen deutliche Alters- und Bildungsunterschiede hinsichtlich der sportlichen Aktivität. Die sportliche Aktivität hat zwischen 1996 und 2014 kontinuierlich zugenommen. Der Anteil der Raucherinnen und Raucher ist zwischen 2008 und 2014 angestiegen. Personen, die im Jahr 2014 Vorsorgeleistungen in Anspruch nehmen und Personen, die nicht rauchen, sind auch häufiger sportlich aktiv. Personen, die 2014 nicht rauchen, sind deutlich häufiger regelmäßig sportlich aktiv als es Nicht-Raucherinnen und Nicht-Raucher im Jahr 2002 waren.

Inhalt: Objective: to determine the most frequent podal changes and their harm in the mobility in elderly
outpatients. Method: this descriptive study was conducted with 121 elderly people who were treated in a
geriatric outpatient clinic of a university hospital. Data were collected through interviews subsidized by
structured tool and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: we observed high
incidence of feet problems, especially in women and the young elderly, highlighting foot pain in the
majority of respondents. There was also a predominance of elderly with partial independence.
Conclusion: it is identified the need for special attention to the health of aged people who reports pain in
feet, since this tends to restrict their usual activities, causing decreased quality of life, immobilization
and possible falls.

Inhalt: Objective: To analyze the sexual behavior of elderly assisted on primary health care. Method: Transversal study, exploratory and quantitative. Results: The sample was comprised of 130 elderly people, these 60,8% were male, showing age between 60 and 92 years, with an average of 69 ± 7,04 years. With respect to the sexual profile, 63,1% elderly had active sex life, being more frequent among men with stable or married. With regard to sexual desire, 30% reported having no more desire for sexual practices, represented mostly by women and 12,3% maintained total desire, with most men. Among the sexually active seniors, 17% use some preventive method for sexually transmitted diseases. Conclusion: Highlights that there is a gradual decrease in the frequency of interest and sexual practices with age, reinforces the necessity of educational action of nurses in primary health care for the elderly.

Inhalt: Objective: to know the social representations of older women on the Pap smear. Method: exploratory qualitative approach, conducted with 30 women attending the Family Health Unit Maria de Nazaré in the city of João Pessoa / PB. Data were analyzed with the help of the Alceste software. Results: analysis by Alceste pointed six classes or categories, covering both positive and negative associated with this examination, as images relating to the examination; positioning of older front of the examination; indications of the exam; exam; beliefs about the examination and justification for noncompliance. Conclusion: the social representations about Papanicolaou Test for elderly enables to offer health education actions that try to minimize socio-cultural barriers of these older, greater adherence of women to screening test considering the social context and their livings.

Inhalt: Objective: To investigate the sociodemographic profile of family caregivers of elderly at home and the level of overload resulted by care activity. Method: A descriptive cross-sectional study, conducted with 29 family caregivers of elderly individuals enrolled in a Family Health Strategy. There were collected data on functional independence, demographic data and level of caregiver overload. A study approved by the Research Ethics Committee, under Opinion No. 128,580/2012. Results: It was found that 79% of the elderly had functional dependence. The profile of caregivers showed that the majority are women, married, with advanced age, level of education and low income. It was also found that the time devoted to the care is long, justifying the overload observed, mainly in caregivers of dependent elderly. Conclusion: The results point out the need for more social support and health care to family caregivers, which could contribute to reducing the overload related to caring.

Inhalt: Objective: To identify the profile of women participating in the Extension Program "Nursing in the Health Care of the Elderly and their Caregivers" (known as EASIC). Method: This is a documentary research with quantitative data approach, conducted between the months of June and July 2010, at the EASIC. The data processing took place by means of simple percentage frequency. Results: of 458 women served in the EASIC, 44,1% were aged from 71 to 80 years; 30,1% were married; 16,2% received one minimum wage; 36,7% had not finished the Elementary School; 20,1% were catholic; 53,9% lived in the city of Niterói and 63,1% had associations of several diseases. Conclusion: the knowledge of the profile of the clientele to be served is crucial for identifying the demands and health needs, by respecting the skills and preserving the resilience of this population.
