Members of all status groups at the university (teaching staff, students and employees) are represented on the anti-discrimination and diversity working group. Anyone who is interested in being part of the group’s work is welcome to join at any time. The working group advises members of the university who are affected by discrimination. Advice is geared towards the needs of the individual to help them address the situation effectively.

The goals of the working group are:

  • To provide advice and support to people experiencing discrimination at EHB
  • To raise awareness about anti-discrimination and diversity
  • To develop concepts and structures that prevent discrimination and promote diversity
  • To develop and implement other visions for a diversity-oriented EHB
  • To establish the working group as a committee of the Academic Senate
