The TOTAL E-QUALITY label is awarded to institutions that strive to implement equal opportunities in their institutions through personnel and institutional policy measures and achieve success in doing so. Representatives of associations, clubs, initiatives, companies, scientific institutions and municipalities committed to equal opportunities support the work of TOTAL E-QUALITY e. V. in the public eye through their involvement in the Board of Trustees. In addition, the Board of Trustees has an advisory function for the Executive Board.
