The Final Release covers 39 election studies from 1996 till 2002.

Module I comprises three topics, 1. the influence of institutions on attitudes and electoral choices; 2. the nature of political and social cleavages and alignments; and 3. the evaluation of democratic institution and processes. The dataset combines individual data from post election surveys with election outcomes on district level, and national macro indicators on the election, the political system and socio-economic data.
