Mannheim Monitor: deeply connected yet critical

A large majority of Mannheim's residents feel a strong connection to the city and believe that Mannheim is a good city to live in. At the same time, many people perceive traffic, noise, lack of cleanliness, but also poverty and lack of integration as urban problems. These are the central findings of the Mannheim Monitor, a scientific study by GESIS - Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences, which was conducted in Mannheim from November 2019 to March 2020.
