Good news for projects with German participation: The evaluation results for Twinning (H2020-WIDESPREAD-05-2020) take into account numerous research institutions from Germany. Together, they will receive funding of approximately 6.5 million euros (total budget: 69 million euros). Even better news for GESIS: Our Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences is among the beneficiaries, along with institutions such as the Technical University of Munich, Charité University Medicine Berlin, the European Molecular Biology Laboratory Heidelberg (EMBL), the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence Kaiserslautern (DFKI), the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf, and the Hasso Plattner Institute for Digital Engineering Potsdam
A total of 439 project proposals were up for selection, of which 77 were finally selected. German institutions are represented in 35 projects with a total of 46 participations.
