The publication "Analysis and Guidelines for Quality Assurance of Gender Equality Measures in Academia: Results from the StaRQ project" presents some key findings (in German) from the BMBF-funded project StaRQ (2019-2023). It was released at the end of the project in March 2023. StaRQ investigated the quality assurance of gender equality measures in academia based on the fields of action gender sensitivity, mentoring and active recruitment. The project team developed practice-oriented recommendations for each of these three fields of action.
